Alan with Elaine are the two founders and directors of The Alan Edwards Salon group. Together they built the brand from one salon in 1987 into Glasgow's top hairdressing salon.

Since the birth of the Alan Edwards Salon, Elaine has achieved numerous awards and qualifications including the L'Oréal Colour Trophy and being heavily involved in training future hairdressers.

Our three salon partners, Alan, Elaine and Mhari are the steady heartbeat of the Alan Edwards Salons experience.

Alan is the man behind our vision who brings decades of craft that turns every haircut into a quiet little masterpiece. Elaine is an award winning hairdresser, educator and salon director who’s career blends technical excellence with a genuine passion for people. And Mhari has been with the Alan Edwards Salon for over 28 years and is our Salon Manager who makes every visit feel like stepping into a place that already knows you.

Kyle has been an integral part of our team since 2011 and completed his colour specialist degree to ensure that your hair is protected and coloured to perfection.

With over 7 years of professional experience in the hair industry, Erin started in the salon as an assistant working closely with Alan. She is now a fully qualified L'Oréal Colour Specialist and Extension Specialist.

With over 14 years of dedicated experience at the Alan Edwards Salon, Hannah has established herself as an integral member of the team and a highly respected stylist.
